| Abstract: | Cooperative learning is an important approach to promote the professional development of teachers. The present paper first analyzed the research status and importance of cooperative learning and then disclosed that efficient strategies of cooperative learning included mutual dependence, active interaction, personal responsibility, social skill and self-evaluation. In addition, the article revealed that cooperation between young teachers and between young teachers and students as well as collaboration on network were the efficient approach of cooperative learning. |
