| 摘 要： | 随着高校不断扩招，高等教育逐渐走向大众化，相对于层次更高的研究生和实用性、应用性更强的高职生来说，普通本专科师范生的就业则更难。教师招聘机制的变化、中小学教师需求量的减少、师范生就业流向的严重失衡，是当前普通本专科师范生就业难的主要原因。为此，各级政府、学校、学生三方都要高度重视和认真对待，采取积极、主动的应对之策。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of college enrollment, higher education gradually becomes popular. Compared with graduate students and graduates from vocational colleges, it is more difficult for general undergraduates and college graduates from normal colleges to find a job. The main reasons for difficuhy in employment include the change in teaeher employment mechanism, decrease in the demand for teachers in primary and secondary schools, and unbalance in employment trend of graduates from normal colleges. Thus. governments at different levels, colleges and students should pay much attention to the employment problems and actively deal with the problems. |
