说课与微格教学的结合探析

摘    要:说课是授课人就教学目标、教学设计及其理论依据、教学效果等对评课人进行的专门说明,由评课人和授课人予以评议、讨论,提出修改意见,进而达到相互交流、共同提高的目的的一种教学研究活动.在说课训练中采用微格教学,能明显提高师范生的教学技能.结合说课理论和微格教学理论,可以采用确定课题、写好教案、写好说案、开展课前说课、微格教学实践、开展课后说课等基本环节进行说课训练.为了保证说课训练的有效性,必须注意:强调该课程的实践性;要求学生不能求全;注意典型示范;同一小组专业要相同或相近.

Abstract:Lesson presenting is a special explanation of teaching aim, teaching design, the theoretical base and teaching effect. It is uaually assessed, discussed and revised by the assessor and the lecturer so that they may have communication and great improvement. Micro teaching, if used in lesson presenting training, can better the teaching skills of the students of normal schools. Combined micro teaching theories with the lesson presenting theories, the lesson presenting training comprises deciding the topic, writing a lesson plan, writing a lesson presenting plan, presenting the lesson before having it, practicing the micro teaching and presenting the lesson after having it. In order to guarantee the validity of lesson presenting training, we must stress the practicality of a lesson; tell the students not to demand perfection; pay enough attention to typical demonstration; make sure that the members in a group have the same or similar major.
