| Abstract: | Based on the practical experience in the Program for the Excellent Course of An Introduction to Hotel Management,this paper discussed how to build first-class courses and pointed out the measures for using excellent courses to improve overall teaching quality.The measures are enhancing teacher team construction,constructing elite teacher team,integrating teaching resources,optimizing teaching contents,reforming teaching methods,improving teaching effects,consolidating teaching administration and finally improving teaching quality. |
