教师自主发展初探

摘    要:教师自主发展属于内源性发展,是教师专业发展中重要的组成部分。专业反思、自主自控和自我更新是教师自主发展的三大基本特征。塑造自己的专业人格,丰富关于学生的知识,更新专业知识结构,对直接相关的国家课程或地方课程进行再开发,参与校本课程开发,研习新课程理论和学习运用现代教育技术手段等是教师自主发展的主要内容。确定专业发展目标、开发利用学习资源、设计专业发展策略和评价专业发展结果是教师自主发展的具体步骤。

Abstract:Teachers' autonomous development belongs to internal development and is an important part of teachers' professional development.Professional self-examination,autonomous control and self-renewal are three basic characteristics of teachers' autonomous development.The main content of teachers' self-development is to create their own professional personality,to enrich the knowledge about students,to renew their professional knowledge structure,to re-develop directly related national and local curriculum,to participate in setting up courses in their own schools,to learn new curriculum theories and to learn how to apply modern education techniques.The concrete steps for teachers' autonomous development are to set professional development objective,to exploit learning resources,to design professional development strategy and to evaluate professional development results.
