| 摘 要： | 外籍教师不能很好地适应新的文化环境而引发的事故不时发生。借鉴跨文化交际学和文化适应理论,以定性和定量相结合的方法研究外籍教师来渝后在新文化环境中的适应问题,并提出促进文化适应的措施。

| Abstract: | There are more and more accidents happened because foreign teachers can not better adapt new cultural environment.Based on the previous research and theories of cross-cultural studies and enculturation,this paper uses quantitative and qualitative methods to study the adaptation of the foreign teachers working in Chongqing to new cultural environment and gives measures for promoting cultural adaptation. |
